What types of products do you offer?
Since 2021, Blinded by Rainbows has been creating original film goods and merchandise, including hats, tees, crewnecks, hoodies, bags, notebooks, posters, tumblers, mugs, and more, through our signature storytelling lens.
What materials do you use?
Our products are crafted with premium materials, from organic cotton to waterproof nylon, and feature archival inks, screen-prints, and twill embroidery.
How should I care for my items?
While each product includes specific care instructions, our general recommendations are: Wash in cold water with mild detergent. Keep colors separate. Do not iron. Do not tumble dry.
How can I get the right fit?
Check out the size chart on the product page and compare it with one of your favorite items at home. All products are designed with a standard unisex fit, and the size chart provides measurements for chest width, body length, and sleeve length.
What is pre-order?
Pre-ordering lets you purchase items that haven’t reached our warehouse yet. These will ship as soon as stock arrives, typically on or around the date listed on the product page.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to Australia, Canada, and the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2-4 business days and shipped within 4-8 business days. Shipping times may vary based on your location. You’ll receive an email with tracking info to follow your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and UnionPay. Payment must be completed before we process your order.
What is the sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your location and local regulations.
Can I change the delivery address?
Email us immediately at shop@blindedbyrainbows.com with your order number and the correct address. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update it. Unfortunately, once it has shipped, we can’t make changes.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items that are unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, email us at shop@blindedbyrainbows.com with proof of purchase and your order number in the subject line.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, you can request a cancellation by emailing us at shop@blindedbyrainbows.com with your order number in the subject line. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they’ve shipped.
What do I do if I have an issue with my order?
If something isn’t quite right, contact us at shop@blindedbyrainbows.com with details about your issue. We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.
